We had a lovely Thanksgiving at this beautiful property which is centrally located and walkable to all Edgartown attractions. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and cooking tool/pans needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving spread. The linens and beds were LOVELY! We had a tiny problem with the fireplace and the property manager fixed it immediately. We made full use of the ping pong table in the barn with our eight year old twins and they had a lot of fun. We will be back!

This property was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property. The kitchen was nice and it had an open floor plan. The pool was heated and the yard was private and enclosed. There were items like plastic wrap and soup which made it nice to not have to buy random items. We will be back!

It's hard to guess how much time and thought must have gone into creating this perfect home that is on a quiet street on the edge of downtown Edgartown. We were on MV for a wedding at the Old Whaling Church, then dinner at Atria. It was an easy walk.

Everything we could possibly need was available, & superbly organized. For example, in the room with bunk beds, there are reading lights for each bunk, so you don't disturb your roommate and you don't have to get out of bed to turn off the light.

In the living room, there is a reading nook with current books, not someone's high school left-overs. All of the systems are user-friendly, from the entrance keypad to adjusting the water temperature for the heated pool to the HVAC. Outside, the plantings are professionally designed and maintained.

Throughout our five night stay, we and our guests kept saying - with admiration - "Look at this! Wow, look at this!" A wonderful visit and we hope to return many times in the future.

The home was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Everything you could need for the house was provided (linens, towels, paper products, soaps). The location is also great, very close to the grocery store as well as downtown Edgartown. We sincerely appreciated all of the home’s amenities especially the pool and backyard area.

Loved it!!!! This house was the best part of our MV vacation. It's spacious, clean and well decorated which gives a very relaxing atmosphere. The pictures in the listing are very accurate but it's even more beautiful in person. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

The location was also convenient and quiet. You will not be disappointed!

The pool was awesome!!!!! I visited in mid June so I expected the weather to be better but since the pool is heated it didn't go to waste.

Beautiful, immaculate home, with so many thoughtful touches. It was a treat to stay in this bright and airy space. We didn’t want to leave! The house is about an 8-10 minute walk to downtown Edgartown, where there are shops, restaurants, and bike rentals. The pool is heated, and was enjoyed by my family day and night, but a beautiful beach is less than a 15 minute drive. The barn with ping pong table and swing chairs is a fun place for the kids (and occasionally parents) to escape to. Highly recommend.

Wonderful winter getaway over New Year's Eve. Teenagers loved ping pong in the barn and walking into town. Everything in the home was immaculate, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and cozy gas fireplace in the living room. Highly recommend! We hope to return.

A Perfect place for a Thanksgiving trip to MV. Fantastic Location (15 min walk to Edgartown), quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities! This new home is beautifully decorated with a Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable beds and well appointed baths {we Love the bath products}. It has plenty of parking, a huge fenced yard with outdoor activities. The pool was closed for winter but no worries we played cornhole, enjoyed the outdoor conversation circle, used the swings and ping pong table in the activity barn. We recommend walking to lunch, visiting the lighthouse, skipping rocks along the beach and exploring the local shops.

Brand new house, very bright and clean. Open floor plan for kitchen and living room is perfect for friends and family. Terrific location, on a quiet street convenient to downtown Edgartown without being in the middle of the crowds. Exceptionally located for food shopping at Edgartown Meat and Fish, Edgartown Seafood, Morning Glory Farm and Stop and Shop. Dick O’Hare, the owner, kept in contact with us via text.

The property was beautiful! The house was in perfect condition. Very well designed and comfortable. Perfect house for a couple families with essentially two (2) master bedrooms and two (2) twin/full bedrooms with adjoining "Jack & Jill" bathroom. First floor open floor plan with sliders across make it feel as though you are outside. Great for entertaining! Back yard is amazing and the addition of the barn game room provides an escape from the house if trying to keep quiet for others to sleep. The location is A+. Just off Main Street but only a 5min walk from Stop & Shop, Liquor Store and handful of bars including Mad Martha's brewery and a 10 min walk from main Edgartown and harbor. Hosts were very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend this listing!

This house and host were great! Location was convenient with only a 5 minute walk to Edgar town and grocery around the corner. The house was immaculate and we loved the layout. Our kids especially loved the bunk room upstairs. The outdoor barn was epic for the kids to hang and relax outside and the pool was perfect! Dick was super accommodating and was extremely responsive. We’ll be back!

This house is simply stunning! Brand new and perfect for families. Gorgeous heated pool and game barn as well. The app was so helpful with all the suggestions and it was about a 3 minute bike ride to town. The best!!!
